My way of working:
I work with a phased plan. Because change is an everyday occurrence, I believe that after interventions, you should reassess what's needed to move from A to B together.
I enjoy co-creating with the organization's guiding coalition to continue shaping the content of the next steps together.
My support consists of sparring sessions, group interventions, and coaching.
